Healthy Habit #7: Plan meals ahead of time

Why this habit is important:
This will save you time and get you to your nutrition and health goals.

If you have planned out (and hopefully prepped) your breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks it's likely that you will eat healthy options rather than reach for quick & convenient choices.

How to implement this habit:
Start by planning out your week: which meals will be at home, which will be at work, or out to eat.  

If you're not going to be at home, have a plan that covers what to eat when!
