Habit #2: Drink plenty of water

Why is this habit important?
I know, I know, you've heard this before over and over. 

But it’s that important! 

You sleep better
Reduce inflammation, which helps your body function
You look and feel your best!

All because you are drinking water.

How to implement this habit
First, to get the optimal ounces of water you should have per day...take your body weight divided by 2.

Second, take your favorite water bottle and figure out how many refills it will take every day to get your optimal amount of water.

Lastly, count how many times you refill your water throughout the day.
