I would be doing a disservice to you if I asked you to deadlift 400 pounds if you wanted to run a half marathon.

The same could be said for welcoming beginners into the Body Weight Warrior program!

That's why you start off nice and slow while building up endurance and strength over time so that you feel safe exercising on your own with our community to support you.
